Oh my gosh, what a bad week it was for me....well, really for my little guy Noah. He is once again sick with a double deep ear infection. Poor little guy was sick 4 weeks ago with a horrible ear infections and now again!!! But this time he is so sick...I've never seen him this sick before! Thursday, I took him into the after hours clinic and the doctor said he had a ear infection in his right ear and gave him medicine (which he HATES taking)....then yesterday he really was scaring me......he had been running fevers since Wednesday, hasn't ate anything in 3 days, and was to the point he won't even drink...he was on the couch and could barely move and slept most of the day...so I packed him up and back to the doctors we went (went to our family doctors)...Well he doesn't have one ear infection....he has it in both ears!!! Doctor said it was normal for him to feel this way...that once the medicine kicks in....he should start feeling better! And thank goodness, cause today he seems to be doing a lot better! So sorry haven't been around for a few days, but my little guy needed me!

Just playing around this weekend...doing what I LOVE to do most...making ATC's. I'm sure you are all sick of my lil' fairy girls, but I just can't get enough of them! Anyways, hope your all having a beautiful weekend! ~Hugs~
These tags where so much fun to make, but boy did it take a LONG time!!! I made a total of 6 tags for a swap that I signed up for on Splitcoaststampers. The theme to this swap is "Grunge"...doing techniques like Tim Holtz. I kinda stayed in my comfort zone and did the collage type, but I did add a lot of detail to these. I first tore pages from a super old book and a music book. Glue the pages down, then I did sponging around the edges, then added Copper, Gold, and Aqua paint with a piece of paper towel....did a little bit of stamping and of course I had to add a fairy! I don't take the best photos and I think these tags looks much better in person! Let me know what you think! ~Hugs~
Well this is my first time doing the "Think Monday - ATC Challenge". On this challenge we were suppose to do "Texture Effects", so I was playing around and for the background of this ATC (above)....I used 3 different color Tissue paper and painted with some Acrylic paints. For the ATC below....to make the background....I took an old page from a Vintage book and put a coat of gesso on it. Then I took a some paper towel and sponge some Gold, Copper, and Aqua blue on top. Add the picture and then embossed gold. Then added some buttons! I really started to like this one until I added the embossing powder. Oh well.....anyways thanks for looking!!!
This is the sketch for Beate's Weekend Challenge #37 and this is the card I came up with! I just got the new Spring Stamps from Elzybells Art Stamps and I just had to ink up the adorable "Spring" stamp! The DP is by Making Memories that I bought from Target last week!
